It is situated on the northern point of seven acres of beautiful Oxford countryside. The southern border is skirted by the river Ock.
The original buildings are more than three centuries old and on foundations much older. To the north is believed to be an old Roman Temple and beyond this an old Roman burial ground.

So let us now take a walk around this beautiful place to see what it has to offer the discerning traveller, dinner or maybe you might be just looking for that extra special place for that all important event.

First we arrive at the Lounge.

On arrival at the Ark you will receive a warm welcome.
This is our comfortable and friendly bar, complete with Inglenook fireplace, offering a good selection of beers ,spirits and wines.

We next can see the patio and terrace area.

From the terrace you overlook the beautiful garden.
The garden is a mass of colour, being well stocked with flowers, shrubs and fruit trees. there are also large cascading ponds and fountains.
